The class will also touch on the history of various bells and their uses around the world.

Students will be able to play and perform five simple pieces from the course curriculum as a group in a short concert for their parents and friends.

Students will be required to provide short white clean cotton gloves kept in a zip-lock bag to stay clean when not being used for choir, Hal Leonard's "Handbell Method" book and "Easy Handbell Hymn Arrangements for 2 octave handbell choir" (updated) by R Edgar Horton.
